When should I reserve the yacht?
To secure a reservation, it's best to book multiple weeks ahead, typically 2–3 weeks for regular bookings and 4–6 weeks for private gatherings or corporate events to ensure availability and allow for tailored arrangements, particularly during the busy season which spans from May through September.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
We prioritize safety and in cases of inclement weather deemed unsafe by our captain; we offer the possibility to move your booking to another available slot or provide a complete refund. We actively monitor meteorological conditions and will reach out at least a day prior if the weather forecast seems adverse.
May I bring personal food and drinks?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own meals and non-alcoholic refreshments. Nonetheless, glass containers are not allowed on board due to safety concerns. Alternatively, we provide a range of customized catering solutions to meet your taste.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility restrictions?
We are committed to ensuring all of our guests have a comfortable experience. While some of our yachts are more equipped for accessibility, it is advised to discuss any specific requirements at the time of booking to recommend the most appropriate vessel and to make any needed adjustments.
What is the policy for cancellations?
Cancellations processed more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure will be partially refunded at 50%. Any cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable, except in instances of inclement weather or mechanical issues on our behalf.
